1. Terms of Service
3.1 Click That Franchise will provide a Company profile with Click That Franchise.co.uk.
3.2 Click That Franchise will advertise and promote the Franchise Business via the package purchased see clause 5.2.
3.3 Profiles must be approved by confirmation e-mail before the profile can go live on the website by Click That Franchise.co.uk.
3.4 Amendments will be made via the request of the Client, either by e-mail phone or Fax. Click That Franchise will endeavour to complete any changes requested within 5 working days.
3.5 Click That Franchise may terminate the Terms of Service at anytime without notice. Click That Franchise (SDM Productions UK LTD) are not liable to you or any party for such damages arising from such termination.
3.6 Click That Franchise recommends no further than 500 words within your profile.
3.7 Click That Franchise will e-mail all live leads to a dedicated e-mail address.
3.8 Click That Franchise will provide login details to the admin area where lead details are stored. Click That Franchise cannot be held responsible for any data lost through our servers.
4. Fees
4.1 The Client shall pay Click That Franchise Trading as SDM Productions UK LTD for their services under this Agreement of £49+ VAT month by month rolling basis.
4.2 Payment is made upon registration of at least 1 months subscription charge, payments accepted are Credit/Debit Card or via CHAPS or BASC Payments. Card details will be stored on file in order to charge further monthly subscription charges. Notification of charges and payments will be notified to the Client via the e-mail address we hold on file.
4.3 Any queries or requests on payment should be e-mailed directly to info@clickthatfranchise.co.uk.
4.4 Click That Franchise reserve the right to suspend your profile upon non-payment of service. Click That Franchise will contact you after the due date to chase payment. Failure to pay will result in service and termination of the agreement.
