How It Works

SDM Property Services will do all the processing work for you! All you have to do is advertise and promote the services we offer. The Internet is the No. 1 place to look for property: 80% of UK's population searching for property will go straight to Rightmove (10pounds per property). Every property you secure will be advertised on Rightmove, alongside the SDM Property Services site. Advertising on Rightmove will dramatically decrease the time it takes you to find suitable tenant(s) to occupy the properties you are marketing.

The Market Place

Residential Letting is a competitive market. More and more people are choosing to invest their money in property and the availability of buy-to-let mortgages has brought many landlords to the market place. Likewise, rising house prices continue to keep many first time buyers off the property ladder.

Packages

We offer three packages:

Basic: £499 +VAT
Intermediate: £999 +VAT
Advanced: £1,999 +VAT

Expected Income

SDM pays 100% commission made to the Agent for each Letting or service that is completed. Commission will be paid on a monthly basis.

Conservative Monthly Outlook

x10 Tenant find services = £900

x5 full management services (based on £800pcm) = £480

x10 Tenant referencing = £750

Monthly income = £2,130

Above figure guaranteed income for the generation of tenant agreements. It’s simple – The more properties you generate, the more money you will earn.
